Art at the Lakes is March 4 (rain date is March 11). Applications for artists to participate in Art at the Lakes are now available. To receive an application, ask for one in an email to [email protected] containing your name and email address or call Diane Hitt at 802-7080.

There is plenty to do for the hundreds who come to buy art, have lunch prepared by the firefighters, listen to music by the Dry Heat Pickers, and have a chance to win one of the 35 or so raffle prizes. Last year, the raffle included a computer, a printer, wine baskets, gift cards and many more items.

Art at the Lakes is a fundraiser to benefit the Sun Lakes Firefighters’ Emergency Relief Fund (SLERF) that helps injured firefighters and assists anyone who needs assistance after an accident or fire.
