Fall is here! As the temperature begins to cool, the idea of spending time with friends over dinner or at a movie, at one time may have been tempting, but since the death of a loved one, you may find being around others a painful reminder of your loss. If grieving the passing of a loved one is keeping you from everyday activities with friends and family, consider attending GriefShare – an 11-week grief support class that meets Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. beginning September 5 at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church, 9248 E. Riggs Road (just west of Robson Library).
