When a loved one dies, initially one may be numbed by the shock of the loss. Then, gradually, like ocean waves, grief washes over one and seems to consume all of life.

If you have lost a loved one and are struggling to cope with your grief, consider attending GriefShare, a non-denominational support group designed to assist those who are grieving the passing of a loved one.
