For this publication, the month of December started out on the 12th with a two-man scramble, flighted, followed by lunch and our annual meeting. The winners of the event were as follows: 1st flight, Tony Hames and Larry Guild with a 46 and 2nd flight, Terry Cronin and Bill Davis with a 45. After the golf and at our annual meeting, we affirmed our new officers for 2016: Neil Curtis, Vice President; Adrian Barber, Treasurer; Jim Davis, Secretary; and Butch Reber, President.

On December 19 we played our annual Ace of Aces final in the AM. The Gross Champion was Jerry Davis with a 63 and our Net Champion was Jim Wedeward with a net 51. Our Gross Flight winners were: 2nd flight, Ron Cox, 3rd flight, Linn Henderson, 4th flight, Bob Timms and 5th flight, Bob Keltz. Our Net Flight winners were: 1st flight Arnie Bannerman, 2nd flight, Tom Jeub, 4th flight, Dan Eisenzimmer and 5th flight, Marcel Grossmann. The PM winners, playing a One Net Best Ball format were Bruce Medhurst, Ron Crabtree, Tony Huffman and Dan Holaday.

The format for December 26 was Designated Driver, Two Best Balls Net. There were two winning teams with a 102 total. The teams insisted of Tony Hames, Rich Featherstone, Tony Huffman and Ray Masuda. Ron Cox, Phil Hollivoet, Jeff Martin and Norm Elbery.

January 2 we played a One Gross plus One Net Best Ball format for both AM and PM. The AM winners with a 110 total were Bud Murray, Ron Cox, Vaughn Torgusen and Blind Draw. The PM winners with a 117 were Arnie Bannerman, Jim Wedeward, Bill Saxton and Tom Burns.

January 9 we played our annual Member/Member tournament in the AM. The format was two man teams, Select-A-Drive. The winning flight winners were as follows: 1st flight, Jerry Cisneros and Bill Greer; 2nd flight, Rich Featherstone and Richard Hawes; 3rd flight, Marcel Grossmann and Ray Masuda The PM group played a One Gross plus One Net Best Ball format. The wining team was Terry Denefe, Don Grossert, Bill Hull and Bill Saxton.

Our February schedule starts on the 6th with our annual Fun Day Charity Event and auction in the AM. The PM group on the 6th will play a Scramble format. The 13th we will have our annual Sweetheart tournament with lunch to follow in the AM. The PM group will be playing a Two Best Balls Net format. On the 20th we will be playing the 2nd round of our Home and Home tournament with Fountain of the Sun CC. The 1st round is at FOS on Thursday the 18th. The first round of our Club Championship will be played in the AM on the 27th. The PM group will be playing a Two Best Balls Net format.
