Shalom Hadassah – back to work

Doris Codkind, Publicity

The Hadassah National Conference in Las Vegas was attended by our Co-Presidents Shirley Shalett and Joyce Spartonos. They, along with over 700 women, represented chapters from all over the country. Kudos to Shalom Chapter for being one of only a few chapters to receive the award for 100+ paid up memberships. Well done, Shalom Membership Committee!

Now that we have rested for a few months, it’s time to get back to business while having some fun along the way. Bringing you up to date until the end of this year, here is a brief preview of our exciting events and meetings.

September 9 at Oakwood Clubhouse, 24218 Riggs Road, Sun Lakes – Our kick-off meeting to get you prepared for the rest of the year!

All about Reiki – Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Our speaker will provide demonstrations of the basic Reiki positions with a chance for attendees at this meeting to experience Reiki.
