Sept. 7, 2019, the Board of Directors of the SLCC Library met to plan our annual Christmas meeting for all library volunteers.
The annual meeting will be held in the Friendship Room at SLCC on Dec. 5, 2019, at 10 a.m. for all library volunteers.
The Sun Lakes Open House raffle prize, where the library had a $20.00 gift raffle for the Sunset Grill, was won by Cindy Pottgen. The Open House was well attended, and the volunteers enjoyed themselves, too.
Book news: Our most recent purchases are on the shelves. Look for Bloody Genius, by John Sandford, and What Happens in Paradise, by Elin Hilderbrand.
