The Sun Lakes Unit 11 Townhouse Association will hold its 2017 annual meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Saguaro room of the Cottonwood clubhouse. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend this informative meeting. An agenda will be sent prior to the meeting, and it will include information about candidates who are running for election to the board and any other items that will be voted on by those present. Please plan on attending.

The February regular monthly Board of Directors meeting of the Sun Lakes Unit 11 Townhouse Association will be held one week later on February 22 at 4:00 p.m. in the Ceramics room at the Cottonwood clubhouse. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend. Please note the date change due to the date of the annual meeting.

Mark your calendar for the following activities for UNIT 19:

Monday, February 13—Monthly HOA Meeting starting at 6:00 p.m.in the Phoenix Room.

Thursday, February 16—Monthly HOA Working Meeting in the Phoenix Room at 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, February 21—Annual HOA Meeting in the Saguaro Room at 7:00 p.m., with registration starting at 6:30 p.m.

Villas Unit 37

Villas #37 implemented an Outreach program in 2016. It is a group of generous homeowners who are volunteering to assist other Villa homeowners in small tasks, such as changing light bulbs, air filters, etc. For more information about Outreach, see HOA news under Villas37.org website or contact Ila Kraayenbrink at 480-802-0595.
