The Unit 11 Board of Directors will hold its October board meeting on Wednesday, October 18, at 4:00 p.m. in the Ceramics Room at the Cottonwood Clubhouse. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

The Unit 11 Ladies Coffee will be on Wednesday, October 18, at 8:00 a.m. in the Cottonwood Café. All Unit 11 ladies are invited.

Villas #37 next Social will be on Wednesday, October 11, at 4:00 p.m. in the Stone & Barrel Bar.

Two HOA Board of Directors’ terms expire December 31, 2017. Please consider volunteering to serve on the board. If you would like more information on the Board of Directors’ Roles and Responsibilities, see the website, villas37.org, Governing Docs tab.

HOA Board of Directors meetings: Wednesday, November 15, 2017, and Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Both will be at 4:00 p.m. in the Bedford Room. The December meeting will be followed by our annual Holiday Party.

The Annual Budget Review Meeting will be at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2017, in the Bradford Room.
