The Unit 11 January Board of Directors meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. in the Ceramics Room (A-8) of the Cottonwood clubhouse. All Unit 11 homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

The Unit 11 Ladies Coffee will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Cottonwood Café. All Unit ladies are invited to join us for coffee, breakfast or just conversation. Separate checks!

Unit 19 Townhome Owners: This is a reminder to mark your calendar for the following January activities for Unit 19:

Monday, January 14, HOA Board working meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Room. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

Monday, January 21, HOA Monthly Open board meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Room. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

Also, this is the time for you to think about joining our board, as we will have some board positions available and there is a process to complete if you are interested. Voting is done at our annual HOA meeting in February, and there will be a deadline for the paperwork to be completed! We are a people-friendly board and welcome newcomers to join us in our board tasks and making this the best unit possible!
