You ask, “Exactly what is energy medicine and how can it benefit us?” Well, we don’t know either! So, Karen Effenberger, a Holistic Medical Intuitive and Counselor, is going to teach us how to use the electromagnetic energy field that all living beings have in and all around them. This subtle energy is measured by modern medical diagnostic equipment such as EEGs and MRIs. Ancient Chinese and Indian (India) traditions have long believed that there is a strong correlation between a person’s medical condition and the pattern of their energy field. Energy medicine is not a new concept and it utilizes techniques from ancient traditions such as acupuncture, yoga, kinesiology and chi gong. Energy medicine was used by ancient Egyptians and by people in Biblical times.

Flow, harmony and balance can be non-invasively restored and maintained within the body by tapping, messaging or connecting specific energy points on the skin. Energy medicine is used to treat illness, relieve pain, stimulate the immune system and release stress.

Come and learn simple energy techniques to keep your energy balanced, improve your health, sharpen your mind and increase your joy and vitality.

Karen has been an inspirational and motivational speaker and educator on a variety of health and wellness topics, including stress management, energy healing, understanding herbs and supplements, weight management and healthy eating made easy.

We have great guest speakers, salads and we explore possibilities! W.E. is for women who want to have, fun, food, friendships, and community involvement. W.E. is women connecting with women. Women’s Exchange funds go to causes that help homeless women.
