Kim Kubsch will share how living gluten-free and organic can be beneficial to your health. She will discuss how to live a gluten-free and organic lifestyle on a budget, to include shopping, cooking and eating. Whether you are on a time or money budget, Kim has shopping tips, how to organize your pantry, refrigerator and freezer, plus eating tips at restaurants and while traveling.

Learn the benefits of eating organic foods vs. conventional foods. Which grocery/food outlets offer the best quality, pricing and selection of organic and gluten-free foods in the Phoenix area? Which fruits and vegetables a/k/a the dirty dozen, should be bought with the organic label? Which foods are the lowest in pesticides, a/k/a the clean 15? And which other foods should be reduced and/or purchased with the organic label?

Whether it is gluten-free or organic foods, the outcome is that clean food equals clean bodies and clean bodies present natural beauty!

Cost: $10 per person or $5 with a snack/appetizer/dessert to share. (Food must be store bought snack in original package). Funds go to help homeless women.
