March is here, and it’s time to celebrate the wearing of the green! Let’s start the party and get ready for St. Patrick’s Day. Woohoo!
Zumba® is your ticket for the most awesome workout ever. Move to great music with great people and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. I will mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, low impact, calorie burning fitness experience.
This is the total workout you are looking for. We combine all elements of fitness; cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, energy boosting and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave my class.
Established in 2001, Zumba® changed the way we look at “workout” forever with its new fitness revolution. It’s fun, effective and, best of all, made for everyone! (You don’t have to know how to dance to enjoy the benefits of a great experience.)
