April is here again, and oh do I love the weather! Did you know that making exercise a priority in your day is key to establishing healthy habits that will create longevity in your life? Do you like to dance? Well, this class is a great way to start a good habit! Dance Fit is a one-hour total body workout combining all elements of fitness: cardio, flexibility, balance, and great music to get you going! Easy-to-follow steps, high energy, and low impact. Beginners are welcome, and you don’t even need a partner!
Classes are at the Cottonwood Palo Verde Fitness Center on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m.
