Congratulations to Jan Nelson for a hole-in-one on Aug. 6 on par 3 number 12 at Palo Verde on League Day! She earned $100 for her efforts! You could also earn $100 by joining PVLGA and paying the $5 hole-in-one fee. Your chances of making a hole-in-one are better at Palo Verde than anywhere else, as it has 12 par 3s, and several are under 100 yards!
We will have a table at the Cottonwood Palo Verde Community Day on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m. to noon. Come by and learn about our club, and we might give you a prize!

Many of us will be traveling to other areas to keep our golf skills keen, and others will enjoy the fall weather in the desert. Please don’t forget to sign up for the Welcome Back Scramble and Luncheon on Tuesday, Oct. 29. Sign-ups will be available in the Palo Verde Ladies Lounge the last week of September. You will be introduced to the slate of officers for the 2025 season. Please offer to assist our board and be an active participant so everyone has a role in making PVLGA a dynamic organization!
