A Message from the IronOaks President

Pat Horning, IronOaks President

IronOaks Residents Needed!

As the saying goes, “It Takes a Village.” This is especially true for IronOaks where more than 100 dedicated resident volunteers work tirelessly year-round to enhance our community. They serve on a variety of committees, advisory groups, and clubs. We appreciate and thank you all for your service.

Currently, IronOaks has more than 10 committees and sub-committees, including Architecture & Landscape, Buildings and Grounds, Elections, Finance, Master Planning, Rules & Regulations, and Technology. Additionally, we have advisory groups focused on Communications, Golf, Lifestyle, Pickleball, and Tennis. When you include the various clubs at IronOaks, it’s clear that a collective effort supports our vibrant and active community.

Don’t forget that three open positions on the IronOaks Board of Directors will need to be filled April 1, 2025. We encourage IronOaks homeowners to consider running for the board in our March 2025 election.

This is your personal invitation from me to come attend our monthly board workshop and meeting, traditionally held on the third and fourth Wednesday of the month. November and December are one week earlier due to the holidays.

Join the IronOaks Movement

Every IronOaks committee, group, and club is always seeking participation from new homeowner members. Joining not only lightens the workload for existing members but also brings fresh ideas, perspectives, and talents. Whether you have a background in finance, engineering, planning, sports, etc., or you just want to get involved, we invite you to attend one of the many meetings to learn how you can contribute to your community.

The Village Moves Forward

IronOaks is a wonderful place to live, play, and make new friends. Approximately 200 homes are sold each year within our community, welcoming new homeowners who share our appreciation for this great lifestyle and endless amenities.

We are in the early stages of further enhancing our community, with several IronOaks projects underway and more planned for the future. The best way to influence our direction is to get involved, listen and learn, and lend your expertise and energy to keep IronOaks a fantastic place to live!
