Jim Utter Mark and Theresa Cockrell are the new Club Champions of Oakwood Couple’s 18-Hole Golf League. Half of our league won prize money on March 25, with golfers in four flights awarded prizes for gross and net scores. Golf was followed by camaraderie, drinks, and a wonderful dinner in the Oakwood ballroom.
In their first year competing as a team, the “Insiders,” representing IronOaks Tennis Club in the Valley of the Sun 3.0 Division, swept past the competition to win first place. Congratulations to Captain Vivian Guimond, Co-Captain Lori Wold, and the entire team for their outstanding season!
