In February, the Computer Booters Club changed to a new time, new meeting place, and a new format. The general meetings will be on the second Wednesday of the month, rather than the first Wednesday. The new meeting time will be from 1 to 3 p.m. We are now having face-to-face meetings in the Cottonwood Ceramics Room. The meeting will also be available via Zoom. Members and first-time guests will be eligible for door prizes. The March door prize was a $25 Amazon gift card, won by a guest. The April meeting and even-numbered months following will have a social/Q&A format rather than a speaker. Bring your questions or problems to the meeting, whether you attend in the Ceramics Room or by Zoom. If we don’t have an answer at the meeting, we’ll investigate and get back to you.
The meeting will be on Wednesday, April 13, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Cottonwood Ceramics Room. There will be time for socializing at the beginning of the meeting. We hope to see many members in person again after a long period of Zoom-only meetings. Masks are not required but are recommended.
On April 20, the third Wednesday, there will be a workshop on Microsoft Word Basics, led by Rob Truman. Bring your laptops. From 12:30 to 1 p.m. there will be a social time. Then the workshop will begin at 1 p.m.
