Mark your calendars! The Scandinavian Club plans to add inspiration and vitality to everyone attending its first meeting on Nov. 19 in the Saguaro Room at Cottonwood Country Club.
The social hour begins with herring, sausage, and cheese and crackers, provided for free snacking.

The program by outstanding keynote speaker Heidi Herman, author and motivational speaker, will provide a mindset that leads to a new lifestyle. The Scandinavian philosophy that can change your outlook on life. These five Nordic countries rank consistently in the top 10 happiest nations in the world in annual UN surveys.
Heidi is the daughter of Icelander Leda Jonasdottir and traces her roots back 32 generations to Viking Ragnar Lothbrok. She has published several books inspired by Scandinavian culture and folklore.
