The Sun Lakes Jewish Congregation (SLJC) has once again begun to meet in person for services. What a joy! It started with the July 9 Twilight Service and will, of course, now be the norm. SLJC is strictly following the CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of all attendees.
The August Twilight Service is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 13, at 5:30 p.m. in the Sun Lakes Chapel. As always, Rabbi Wiener is more than happy to welcome members of the community to join us.
And then SLJC is so looking forward to celebrating the High Holidays, which begin with Rosh Hashanah on Monday, Sept. 6, and end with Yom Kippur on Thursday, Sept. 16. But more about that in next month’s issue.
See you next time!
