The Friday afternoon Putting Contest is sponsored by San Tan Golf Carts and continues through September. The contest is open to both men and women. The $5 entry fee is paid out in prizes to the participants. The contest starts at around 4:45 p.m. each Friday at the Cottonwood Golf Course putting green.
The monthly Ace of Aces qualifier was played on June 1. Low gross and low net scores from each flight will qualify for the Ace of Aces tournament played at the end of the year.

On June 8 the ABCD Ladder event was played by 11 four-man teams. Team members were selected by the Pro Shop to make them as equal as possible.
First Low Gross and Net Team: Steve Lowe, Robert Mifflin, Robert Schaedel, Stephan Gentzkow
On June 15 and 22 the annual Summer Sizzler was played. The Sizzler is a two-day flighted low gross/low net event.
