Beginning Friday, Oct. 4, Ponytail Canasta will be played on the first and third Fridays of the month, and Samba Canasta will be played on the second and fourth Fridays of the month. Both canasta games will be held at noon in the Paint Room at the Cottonwood clubhouse.
Both canasta games are very fun to play and easy to learn if you haven’t played. Everyone has to learn, and we’re a patient and fun group! If the name of the game is Ponytail, how hard can it be?! And Samba? Just a twist on Ponytail!
Beginning Monday, Oct. 7, Ponytail Canasta will be played on Monday evenings at 6 p.m. in the Paint Room at the Cottonwood clubhouse. We will be playing Ponytail, but we can play Samba if enough players want to play both games. If not, players will decide which canasta game they want to play.
