A celebration of Life will be held at the home of Sandra Iosue, 8922 East Minnesota Ave., Sun Lakes, AZ. The date is Thursday, November 6 from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

The purpose of the luncheon is to celebrate the lives of Post, Auxiliary and community members who have survived cancer, men and women.

Iosue is the Cancer Aid and Research Program Chairman for Auxiliary 8053 in Sun Lakes, as well as District 10 Auxiliary. District 10 is comprised of seven Auxiliaries in the following cities: Coolidge, Superior, Casa Grande, Chandler, Sun Lakes and two in Apache Junction.

The menu consists of a fruit cup, chicken and broccoli casserole, crescent rolls and a dessert. There will be coffee, tea (both hot and iced), a fruity champagne punch, and, for those who like something a little stronger, beer, wine and other spirits. If the menu is not suitable for some people, please call me so that we can make a substitute.

There is no charge but attendance is limited to the first 50 people who sign up. So, if you are a survivor (or know someone who is) call 480-802-0085 between 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. to sign up.
