Two months into our new season, and already two luncheons! December 6 was our Christmas feast with beautiful decorations and fabulous food supplied by Cottonwood Bar & Grill. Santa couldn’t make it, but he sent Mrs. Claus and a large elf to greet the Niners. The weather didn’t cooperate, with wet stuff coming out of the sky (???), but some hardy souls still completed nine holes, strictly for bragging rights, as the official game was canceled. It was announced that our membership has already grown to 108!

Circle Four: Front Nine: Chris Butler, Kathy Iversdal, Nancy Gehlbach, Barb Sherman, Linda Weber, Diane French, Iris Hardy, Kay Newton, Mary Roper, Glenna Twing, Pam Wagoner, Rachelle Wilson and Gail Wooldridge; Back Nine: Bette Lu Buchanan, Sue Ori, Jerry Jordan, Lois Lewis, Kathy Smith, Susie Buell, Brenda Ledene and Darla Peterson. A grand total of $320 in pro shop chits were awarded to the winners.

The Cottonwood Niners’ season extends through the end of May, still time to join the FUN!
