November Schedule:
Mornings from 7:45-8:45 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Afternoons from 4:15-5:15 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; on Mondays a Qi Gong practice will be emphasized

New participants are welcome. When new people come more direction is given. It was so easy to follow along. You do not have to be limber or in shape. You just follow your body and I will help you modify the exercises for your condition. You can bring some type of mat. There are some yoga mats in the room. Wear loose comfortable clothing. This is a good way to start your day. You will feel energized. We end class with Qi Gong meditative practices which help calm the spirit and body.
