Finding Meaning and Hope — A Video Discussion for Caregivers

Join a group of fellow caregivers as we discuss the complexities of ongoing loss associated with caring for someone with dementia and what to do about it. You will learn skills to help you stay strong, healthy, resilient, and positive so you can navigate the journey with healing and hope. This discussion series features videos based on the groundbreaking book Loving Someone Who Has Dementia: How to Find Hope While Coping with Stress and Grief by Pauline Boss, Ph.D., the nation’s leading expert on caregiver grief.

The program will be held on five consecutive Tuesdays, Jan. 14 to Feb. 11, 2020, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at The Perfect Place Adult Day Care at Risen Savior Lutheran Church (the room is located behind the church), 23914 S. Alma School Road, Chandler, AZ 85248.

The program is free. Respite care can be provided for your loved one free of charge during the educational program. Please contact The Perfect Place directly to make arrangements.
