Going gluten free for happy health at Women’s Exchange

The Women’s Exchange Club (W.E.) has great guest speakers, salads and explores possibilities! W.E. is for women who want to have, fun, food, friendships and community involvement. Looking to connect with other women? Looking for new friends? Looking to learn new things? You’ve been looking for us! W.E. is women connecting with women.

Kim Kubsch, certified Holistic Nutrition Educator and Aging in Place Specialist, will share with us how living gluten-free can be beneficial to your health, even if you don’t have Celiac Disease. She will discuss how to live a gluten-free lifestyle on a budget. Kim will include tips on product brands, cooking gluten free and eating out. Whether you are on a time or financial budget, Kim will provide shopping tips, how to organize your pantry, refrigerator and freezer, plus eating tips at restaurants and while traveling.

Kim Kubsch is a Sun Lakes resident. Kim also teaches tai chi and exercise classes throughout Sun Lakes for graceful aging. Her passion is graceful aging and living life in balance.

Where: Cottonwood Country Club, Room A-8, 25630 S. Brentwood Drive, Sun Lakes, 85248 (turn south from Riggs and EJ Robson into Cottonwood Country Club. Find the big flagpole in the parking lot off of EJ Robson and walk down the breezeway; A-8 is on your left in the square).

Cost: $10 per person or $5 with a salad or appetizer dish to share.
