It is hard to believe how time passes when you have fun. We have just celebrated 60 years of wedded bliss and friendship.

At sea, we invented the Love Boat coming from Norway in 1953 and have never gotten the credit for it!

We celebrated our anniversary onboard ship, cruising the Caribbean and boy, the Norwegian cruise line really made a fuss over us with a bottle of wine, individual anniversary cakes and chocolate dipped strawberries! When we returned to our cabin after dinner, it was festooned with garlands, balloons and happy anniversary signs.

However, the old saying “East or west, but home is best” – Sun Lakes is our preferred place to be as the years slowly sift over grey temples.
