Modern trends toward more holistic approaches to self-care and growing scientific validation of alternative health practices are driving rediscovery of the profound health benefits of essential oils. Essential Oils each have various benefits that can provide relief for some of our common ailments and complaints. In many cases, there may be more than one oil that can help with an ailment.
I have an oil for muscle pain and back pain. Whether you suffer from muscle pain after working out or you often suffer from back pain from moving the wrong way or even if you have pain after a surgical procedure, Deep Blue Essential Oil and Deep Blue Rub can provide you with much-needed relief.
I have an oil for sleep aid. How many of you are not getting the recommended seven to eight hours of sleep? There are several oils that can be used to help you with your sleep problems. And unlike many prescribed medications, they are not addictive. And they do NOT leave you feeling like you have a hangover the next day. Lavender is a very soothing and a calming oil, as well as Vetiver and the Serenity Blend.
I have an oil for weight loss and fighting sugar cravings. All of us are always looking for ways to control our weight gain and get rid of those sugar cravings, especially right now after the holidays.
