The ILGA Club championship was awarded after the last day of play, on March 26. A fabulous reception, to which everyone contributed favorite buffet food, was held on the club patio after play. Thanks to all, we ate very well! Congratulations to all the winners.

April 2 was a beautiful day for our annual Swing for Hope charity event. After an enjoyable scramble, we sat down to a tasty salad luncheon. Club President Karen Beltz extended many thanks to Betty Dupuis and her Swing for Hope committee for their wonderful organizational efforts to raise $9,401. We can be proud that we raised more than last year! Betty presented a check for these proceeds to Sarah Gonzales, University of Arizona Foundation representative.

Our last luncheon of the season will be held on May 7. Your reservation is your check for $11. Join us before heading home all you snowbirds that are still with us. We look forward to your return.
