It’s the time of year to focus on learning. It’s never too late to take a new subject on. How about Basic Social Dancing?
This is one subject that combines mental stimulation with physical fitness and a fun social experience as side issues AND it’s a lot easier and way more fun than trigonometry or how to figure out yet another new digital doodad the world can’t live without.
It’s incredibly easy to get on the dance floor with the extraordinarily simple format of Basic Social Dance. No memorization is involved. The three main parts that we focus on are the fearless leader, the lovely follower and their favorite music. Mary Lou Kaye, a DEA and PDF-certified instructor promises that within one hour you will be able to move to any song she plays; you’ll simply amaze yourself. Walk in – dance out!
You’ll get on the dance floor in no time at all so you can enjoy the wonderful and very social winter season in Sun Lakes. The students also go on dancing field trips to different events to try out their new skills. Also in attendance are the other seasoned students to offer encouragement and inspiration.
