Kevin Steffee has been a member of the Sun Lakes Sheriff’s Posse since 2016, and has been a volunteer with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office for eight years. He was born in Germany and attended high school in Glendale, Arizona.

Kevin’s primary duties include patrolling the Sun Lakes residential communities and local businesses. He assists sworn deputies on calls and acts as a separate set of eyes and ears in our communities.

“Sun Lakes is a great community,” according to Kevin. To “help someone on their worst day and try to make a positive difference” is Kevin’s motivation. In addition to the Sun Lakes Sheriff’s Posse, Kevin is a volunteer with the American Red Cross, serving as both a dispatcher and responding to disasters.
