Welcome back to our many friends and neighbors who have returned from their summer adventures across the globe. It’s great to see our amenities in full use now that we are past the hottest time of the year.
October is filled with business meetings. Your board of directors and the management staff are deep into the construction of the 2025 budget for the Association. Please join us at 4 p.m. on Oct. 30 in the San Tan Ballroom for the presentation of the budget, which is open to all homeowners in SLHOA 2.
Our standing committees are interviewing for new members for the upcoming year. Elections will be held for the officer positions in each committee and will be approved by the board at the October board meeting.
Our Task Forces are all engaged and prepping for presentations to the community and the board. We anticipate seeing several options for the Cottonwood Pool Project in the coming weeks. There will be open meetings where the architect and the Cottonwood Pool Task Force will present details of the proposed project and where homeowner input will continue to be solicited.
