Our annual club Christmas Party was held in December, where current and alumni members enjoyed dinner and dancing at Palo Verde.
In January we are back to business, with our next meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 14, in the Sun Lakes Country Club Navajo Room, starting at 6 p.m. for social hour, with the meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. Our first rally of the year is at Quartzsite, Ariz., where the largest gathering of RVers takes over the sleepy town of Quartzsite.
The Roadrunners are about fun, travel, new adventures, good food, and friends. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, October through May, except December. Meetings are held at Sun Lakes Country Club starting at 6 p.m.
Interested in learning more or becoming a member? Membership is open to anyone who owns a recreational vehicle (RV) and who is 55 years old or older. Membership is not limited to Sun Lakes residents. We welcome other neighboring communities as well. Guests are always welcome at meetings.
