Holiday message

As we approach the holiday season and the end of the year, it is that time we gather together with friends, family and neighbors to share and celebrate. It is also a time when we can reflect on our accomplishments and goals. Upon reviewing this year, I am very grateful and pleased to have been a part of what I believe to b have been a great year.

IronOaks has never looked better. Our amenities are all doing well. Our golf courses have never looked or played better. Fitness has added many new and healthful activities and new equipment. Tennis and pickleball continue to be active. The common area and buildings are well maintained, and the many improvements are more than appreciated. More additions and improvements are in the works. Our financial condition has never been stronger. The success of Stone & Barrel and the many fun events at Grill on the Green is remarkable not only in the outstanding financial improvement, but also has become “the” place to be to enjoy good food and gather with friends and neighbors.

In 2019, there will be more fun events, including concerts, wine and dinner parties and trips that will take you to destinations throughout Arizona. If you are planning a reunion or party, consider letting our banquet team assist you. They are a team of professionals who work hard to make your event look flawless. Not sure how to get involved? Plan on attending a committee meeting as a guest and find out more about what they do, or seek out one of our many clubs. You’ll be amazed at how many others find joy in what you love, and you’ll make some friends with the wonderful residents of this community.

There will be an election for filling two board seats in March. If you are a resident and have a desire and history of serving, please consider submitting your application and running. Being a part of determining our continued community’s success is a rewarding feeling.
