Do you remember the passion and joy that you once felt watching your children compete in high school sports? There really is nothing quite like seeing kids compete while developing the character that high school sports instill. We know well that athletes develop leadership skills and a quality work ethic which will benefit them well beyond their playing careers. Just up Dobson Road you can find a loving community of young athletes competing in over a dozen sports at Seton Catholic Preparatory High School. And they would love to add you to their fan base!

The girls basketball team has won their league championship for the past 25 years in a row, while also holding the record for state championships with 10. When asked about her team, 28th-year head coach Karen Self said, “We are a young squad but have our eyes on another trip to the Final Four. We have several Division 1 basketball players and hope to develop them into a state championship caliber team.”

Also starting up their season this month are boys basketball, boys and girls soccer, wrestling, and the outstanding pom and cheer teams. The Seton Catholic community would like to invite members of the Sun Lakes community to join in supporting their winter sports teams throughout the 2019-2020 season and beyond.
