The view at the top is breathtaking. The sky is filled with the colors of sunrise for miles. A picture-perfect moment! Now, if only I could just get past the line-up of photographers who also rose before the rooster’s crow to find that pristine spot. Our great land is truly a sight to behold, and there are many locations on everyone’s bucket list. We all seem to get there at the same time any time of day or night. Our photography trips may be as solo scavengers or in an organized workshop to any size in between. Our travels take us to national parks, public cities and the rural countryside. As photographers, we are reminded we must represent ourselves with dignity and integrity; we must resect nature, the subjects we photgraph, other photographers and the community. Be mindful of public and private property. What is your photographer’s footprint?
