Dear Lions,

My name is Jocelyn Alvar, and I was the recipient of the John Herdt Memorial Scholarship in 2016 when I graduated from Perry High School. This week, I graduated from Arizona State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Neurobiology and a minor in Spanish.

I want to thank the Lions for your contribution to my education. I know that it’s support from people like you that made my success possible!
