Arizona’s award winning art quilter, Barbara Janson, will present “Under African Skies” for the Sun Lakes Sew ‘n Sews on Wednesday, January 13 at 1:30 p.m. in the Navajo Room at the Sun Lakes Country Club.

Barb makes a return visit to our community to share her collection of African-inspired art quilts in a colorful trunk show accompanied by an interesting lecture on the influence of African/American history and culture on the truly American art form of quilting.
