The temps are heating up and so is our Summer Softball League. This is the third year we’ve had an organized summer season. Previously, we just had a recreational program with batting practice and pick-up games. We still have rec programs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, but play league games on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Summer League started on May 21 and will continue all the way through September 19. The league consists of five teams; this summer’s team sponsors and managers are Brenden Financial Planning (Ken Brenden, Manager), Jim Leckner’s Century 21 Real Estate Agency (Jim Leckner), Core Photography (Rick Oien), Frank Margiotta’s Farmers Insurance Agency (Gary Hillabolt) and Ralph Vasquez’ State Farm Insurance Agency (Dave Platt).
