Spring into New Adventures in Learning

It is almost spring and spring means new beginnings. That is why the program that offers adult classes at the Chandler/Gilbert Community College is titled New Adventures in Learning. As we age we crave new experiences and new information. New Adventures can satisfy those cravings by giving us the opportunity to continue to learn throughout our whole life. A wide range of classes are offered from science and technology, to home improvement and gardening, to art and recreation. Over 85 classes ensure that everyone will have a chance to learn something new.

Located on the corner of Alma School and Riggs Road, New Adventures classes are available to seniors in Sun Lakes, Solera, SunBird and the surrounding area. Whether you live in Arizona year round or you are a snowbird there are classes that can work into your schedule. If you have never attended college but have a desire to continue learning New Adventures is for you. If you have a wide range of interests and would like to meet other dynamic seniors come and check us out.

New Adventures is a volunteer organization supported by its members. Since 1999 when the organization was founded, the membership has grown to over 500 seniors. Annual dues are $50 per year, which allows members to register for as many courses as they wish. There is an additional $15 college registration fee for each semester a member is actively enrolled in classes.
