The Sun Lakes Posse Medical Equipment Office loaned out 118 pieces of medical equipment for the month of March. The volunteers contributed 219 hours of service to the community. Thanks to all of the volunteers who give of their time back to the community.

We want to say thank you to the Sun Lakes Breakfast Lions Club and Brian Curry for the donation of two new walkers with soft seats. Also, the Sun Lakes Sheriff Posse purchased seven new walkers with seats for the medical equipment.

If any resident of Sun Lakes would like to donate a few hours a week to help in the cleaning of equipment, it would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested, please stop by the Sun Lakes Sheriff’s Office and pick up an application.

We will be starting our summer hours on May 3. The new hours will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon. We will be closed for observance of holidays. These hours will be in effect until Nov. 1.

If you have equipment checked out and it is due back and, for some reason, you cannot return it on the due date, please call the office. The office number is 480-895-8751.
