Even though our league play is over until late October, softball never stops at the Field of Dreams. Our summer program is well underway with batting practice and pick-up games played every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. If you’re new to the area, now’s the time to come by the field and get in shape for the upcoming fall season. Check out our website at www.sunlakessoftball.com for start times and other information.

Thanks to Retirement Insurance Specialists (RIS Agency) for renewing their advertising banner at the field. The agents at RIS are experts in everything related to Medicare. There are links to their website and to all of our other advertisers on the Sponsors Page of our website.

Since there’s not a lot of news over the summer, I’m introducing a baseball fact series entitled Did You Know? He was VP-Personnel for Chock Full O’ Nuts coffee company from 1957-1964.
