Sun Lakes Arts and Crafts Association

Lenora Pasch, President

Lenora Pasch, president of The Sun Lakes Arts & Crafts Association, accepted a grant check for $2,000 presented by Frank Gould, vice president, and Jeanne Becker, treasurer of the Greater Sun Lakes Community Foundation Association. The grant will be used to help purchase a beautiful display cabinet to be located in the recently-remodeled clubhouse lobby in Sun Lakes Country Club. The display case will be used to display handcrafted items created by Sun Lakes Arts & Crafts Association members. The association also hosts two craft shows each year; one in the fall on the Thanksgiving Saturday at Sun Lakes Phase 1 and a spring show in March in the Oakwood clubhouse.

We wish to publicly thank the Greater Sun Lakes Community Foundation for this generous grant. The Greater Sun Lakes Community Foundation is a certified non-profit whose Mission is “to enhance the quality of life for the older population in the East Valley,” including Sun Lakes residents, in the areas of health, education, and culture. The foundation is not affiliated with any HOAs, and donations are tax deductible.
