Our library has again been the recipient of generous cash donations from the Sun Lakes Lions Clubs. Our library board uses these funds to purchase as many large print new-release books as possible. One recent addition to our large print collection is The Cinderella Murder by Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke. This is the first in a new series about a reality TV show that revisits cold case murders. Burke has written 10 best sellers. She is a former prosecutor and now teaches criminal law in New York City. Mary Higgins Clark fans will be happy to know that she is teaming up with an excellent co-author. We can all look forward to future books by these two talented writers.

We encourage Sun Lakes area residents to look through our library’s large print section. We have books by Debbie Macomber, J. D. Robb, Iris Johansen, John Grisham and Louis L’ Amour and many other authors. New large print releases such as Memory Man by David Baldacci and Miracle at Augusta by James Patterson, will be found in our New Arrivals by the fireplace. We welcome all donations, including large print books.

During our nice long summers, the Sun Lakes Country Club is cool and comfortable. Please take the time to return any of our library books that you have finished reading. A good time to do this could be when you stop by the Sunset Grill for a meal, or participate in one of the many activities offered daily at our Clubhouse. You can also drop off any donations and find something new and exciting in our large collection of books. Your reading pleasure is our number one goal.
