The Sun Lakes Democratic Club’s next meeting is Monday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. in the Navajo Room of the Sun Lakes Country Club, 25601 N. Sun Lakes Blvd.

There will not be a speaker at this meeting. Instead, the meeting will focus on the election of officers and board members for the next term, a review of the past year and discussion of other plans for club activities. There will be holiday refreshments and time for congenial socializing. Come to this meeting to lend your voice in choosing the leadership of the club and activities for the future.

At all club meetings, we collect non-perishable food items for the Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank. Collections take place in the west parking lot from 6:30-7:00 p.m. There is also a collection box at the north entrance of the Sun Lakes Sunset Grill lobby. Thanks to your generosity we have collected over 1,793 lbs. of food and $170 dollars so far this year.

Everyone is welcome at our club meetings which are always on the second Monday of each month. Refreshments are served.
