I am so humbled and honored at the outpouring of sympathy shared and caring shown during the recent ordeal of my husband, Ron Don’s, sudden passing in July. I knew I fell in love with the beauty of the community when we were selecting a home here in Sun Lakes, but it didn’t take long before it was the people here in Sun Lakes who make it so special. Never have I appreciated that more than in the last few weeks. For each of you who sent a card, said a prayer, made a phone call or calls, gave me that hug, sent a floral tribute, a donation to a charity, made sure I ate something, fixed something for me (especially some of those technical monsters!) I can never express how much they have been appreciated. For all you pool players, I don’t even know what to say. You honored my Ron Don and I will love you forever for that. He did love his pool. I am home among great friends and I am grateful for this blessing.
