The Hunt Intensifies for the Best Blessed Breakfast

First Baptist Church Sun Lakes (FBSL) is on the move again, looking for the Best Blessed Breakfast in town. The air is shrouded in mystery, though, like the whisper of forgotten voices carried on a breeze that rustled through the overgrown foliage. Shadows danced between the local cacti. Casting fleeting glimpses of secrets long buried beneath layers of shifting sands, it is a sensation that tingled with both anticipation and apprehension. “Where will it be?” the shadows whispered.

The name of the place is Robson Reserve, and it’s so secretive even the locals know very little about it. The mind conjures up other famous reserves in Africa. A famous one in Kenya and another in Botswana. Does the lion sleep at night? Are the men going to be the breakfast of lions?

This is a treacherous trek for sure, and the Armor of God will need to cover everyone. Robson Reserve? After leaving the concrete jungle of Chandler, what awaits on the dark side of Sun Lakes? What wondrous creatures will we see? One thing is for sure: The summer’s Best Blessed Breakfast safari is an unforgettable experience and has stirred our souls. FBCSL has ferreted out some really good breakfasts, too. Will Robson Reserve be able to deliver, or will we be mauled by a wild silverback gorilla on this leg of the journey?

There is only one way to know for sure. Join us on Aug. 10 at 8 a.m. at Robson Reserve, 9508 E. Riggs Road, Sun Lakes, and see what wild epicurean delights await those brave men if they survived this most dangerous leg of the safari to date.
