A few important notes:
Board meetings for 2015
Wednesday, November 18 and Wednesday, December 16. Both meetings are held in the Oakwood Clubhouse and begin at 4:00 p.m.
We now have our own website: www.villas37.org. This site has a great deal of information including the procedure in requesting any maintenance needed by our Maintenance Manager David Jacobsen.
Be aware of a coyote that has been prowling our neighborhood! Keep your animals inside or be outside with them.
We also have a very large owl that could also carry off a small pet.
I have not yet set up any dates for our monthly Second Wednesday Socials. Stay tuned.
Something I had to learn the hard way – when you have your air-conditioning checked, the drain from the condensation pipe needs to be checked. It does plug up and when that happens, the pan overflows into your home. I have been fortunate to catch it quickly before it really damaged my inside closet.
Bees – It is suggested that homeowners walk around their villa once a month to view the exterior for any possible beehives. Also, check under barbecue grill covers. If any bees are sighted, do not attempt to remove them yourself. Contact our Maintenance Manager David Jacobsen.
