Please mark your calendar for the following February activities for Unit 19:

* Monday, February 11, monthly Working meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Room. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

* Monday, February 18, monthly Open Board meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Room. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

* Tuesday, February 19, annual Membership meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Saguaro Room (registration begins at 6:00 p.m.). The primary purpose of the annual meeting is to elect Association Members (Unit 19 townhouse homeowners) to serve on the Board of Directors. This year, there are three positions to be filled. The three elected directors shall have a term of three years. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

Unit 38 luncheon

The Unit 38 February Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, February 13, at 11:45 a.m. at Scottsdale Community College Culinary Arts Dept., Artichoke Grill, 900 E. Chaparral Road, Scottsdale, AZ.

The cost is $18.00, paid in advance to the hostess. RSVP by February 7.
