The September and October 2014 Monthly HOA meetings for Unit 19 are cancelled.
The next monthly HOA meeting for Unit 19 will be held on Monday, November 10 in the Phoenix Room at 6:00 p.m.
All Unit 19 townhome owners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Good news! Our monthly socials are back! We will meet at the Poolside Café on Wednesday, September 10 beginning at 4:00 p.m. Helen Hughes will be our greeter. Please plan on attending and meet some of your neighbors.
Special notice: There will be two openings on the Villas Unit No. 37 HOA Board of Directors this fall. We encourage homeowners to consider volunteering to run for a position on the Board. Election information and volunteer forms will be sent out by e-mail in early September. Volunteer forms will also be available in the Carefree Way drop box on September 1.
